- 2 tsp hempseed oil
- 1/2 tsp cod liver oil
- 2 oz sardines
- 1/2 tsp ginger
- 1/2 tsp kelp
- 1 egg
- 1 oz beef liver
- 1 oz broccoli
- 1 oz red bell pepper
- 1 oz spinach
- 1/2 egg shel
Build the Protein BasePlace 14 oz of lean ground beef (90%+ lean) into a large mixing bowl. Add Healthy Fats and SuperfoodsPour in 2 teaspoons of hempseed oil and ½ teaspoon of cod liver oil. Add 2 oz of sardines, then sprinkle with ½ teaspoon of ground ginger and ½ teaspoon of kelp powder. Crack the Egg, Save the ShellCrack in 1 whole egg, saving the eggshell for later use. Gently mix everything by hand until well combined, and set the bowl aside. Prep the Nutrient BlendIn a blender, add the reserved eggshell, 1 oz of raw beef liver, 1 oz of broccoli, 1 oz of red bell pepper, and 1 oz of spinach.
